Our latest News
New contract: The Police
West Coast Surveys is pleased to be working in partnership with national building contractor Thomas Barnes to survey and remove asbestos from the Police Station in Kendal. Barry Graham said “We have been working with the Police for over five years and have surveyed many of the Police stations in Cumbria. This latest contract has allowed us to move further south in the county and we are already picking up new work in South Lakeland as a result. In difficult economic times, this is good news for West Coast Surveys and West Coast Thermal.
West Coast Surveys – building new partnerships
West Coast Surveys is pleased to announce a new working partnership with Metcalf Plant Hire and Atkinson’s Builders in Penrith. Our first project with them includes the survey and removal of asbestos from the old Ford County Garage site in Penrith. Barry Graham said “We are continually building good relationships with contractors throughout Cumbria and South West Scotland and are pleased to be working with these two well established businesses. We are all home grown Cumbrian companies so working together can only make us stronger.”
G&J Seddon Limited – National contract
We have just begun a new partnership with G&J Seddon Limited and are working on removal of asbestos in schools throughout the North West. Neil Murray, Director at WCS said “this is fantastic news as it shows we are more than capable of working with national and blue chip companies. We are looking at schools in Lancashire, Cumbria and further north.”
